Though a Catholic faith is not required of volunteers, our heart as an organization is to make God's love visible through service to the poor.
U.S. Based Volunteer Opportunities
In the United States, we have options for remote and in-person volunteers in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Remote Volunteer Social Media Manager: This volunteer will help prepare and post messages on social media platforms. In addition, they will update our website as needed.

Remote Advertising Volunteer: This volunteer will help us prepare an advertising campaign for a program in Ethiopia.

Fundraising Volunteer: This volunteer, ideally located in southern California, has a track record of experience raising support for nonprofits and can help prepare in-person fundraisers.

Collection Manager: This volunteer, ideally located in southern California, will assist in the collection, sorting, preparation, and shipment of material goods to international mission sites.
U.S. Based or International Volunteer Opportunities

Special Education Teacher: This volunteer, trained in Special Education, can be virtual or in-person to help develop a Special Education program at a primary school in Ethiopia.

Village Coordinator: This volunteer, who can be virtual or in-person, will help Mary's Missionaries manage international projects and volunteers.

Baker: This volunteer, who can be virtual or in-person, will help set up a bakery in Ethiopia which will employ impoverished individuals, many of whom are disabled, allowing them to earn an income.
